The last time this type of movement occurred was in the middle of July.
Today, for over 4 minutes, I again engaged in this 起童中 kind of tap dance 8-O... except for, this time, it lasted for a much longer time than last time.
The funny thing is that... after the exercise, as I was taking a shower and when all was silent except for the sound of water, I heard loud and clear in my head this voice in Taiwanese, "你是要死喔...."--- insinuating I might have been exercising too hard.... 8-O lol
