Self-inflation

Many of my hallucinations are very much along the line of self-inflation... and, therefore, grandiose in nature.

For instance, one thing I often hear is...

"She is sick... she is not dumb..." 8-O lol

While, to be honest, is it really better to be sick than to be dumb... 8-O lol
