The strangest thing about Typhoon Fanapi in Taipei....
A whole lot of strong wind but no rain..... when hearing the wind blowing, you actually would wonder whether it is also raining.... except for... wind only...
The strangest typhoon experience I have ever had...

Thank God, though, considering the awful amount of water damages the typhoon is doing down south....
