Listening to ICRT (International Community Radio Taipei) online... with its predecessor the 美軍電台 (American Forces Network Taiwan or American Forces Radio Taiwan).
Around 1979, after the United States broke diplomatic ties with Taiwan, the AFNT was about to shut down... and after mucho mucho efforts from all parties... ICRT was formed... taking over AFNT's role and equipments etc.
Strange experience since when I used to listen to ICRT... I was a teenager, never heard of Internet, didn't even really know how to use a computer and had only a radio. 8-O lol
