白菜滷

As an attempt to find my life, I decided this week to start learning to cook.... from some basic homemade dishes that involves not too much ingredient.

Following is the recipe I found through a website.

材料:
大白菜
金針菇(若無可省)
蝦米 5隻
香菇3-4朵
醬油3匙
扁魚乾少許(若無可省,但味道沒那麼棒)
油蔥酥1-2匙

做法:
1. 蝦米與香菇用水泡軟,泡香菇的水不要倒掉,金針菇洗淨去根,白菜洗淨切段備用。http://blog.xuite.net/iq943/recipe原創
2. 在鍋中置燒熱後放入蝦米、香菇、扁魚輕炒爆香,再放入白菜、醬油、油蔥酥、泡香菇的水及1-2杯水拌勻後悶煮至湯汁快收乾即可。

說明:
※ 如果想吃濃稠口味的滷白菜可以在起鍋前勾芡。
