Slow learner

Might have told you this before...

Something in my head reminded me of the question I asked my advisor in class one day.... after studying all these theories about human cognition for years.... "what is cognition?"

He answered, "How people think."

But, I still did not understand what cognition means.

Many years later, I had an epiphany and I told my good friend who was also working on her dissertation then...

"Wow... I know what cognition means now."

She must have listened attentively to what might be coming out of my mouth.... "So what is cognition?"

So I replied with due excitement as if I were Columbus who just discovered America... "How people think."

So must has been her response... 8-O lol

There surely is something really strange about my head although I never have doubts about its being strange.... gotta say...

On a second thought, I think I am getting confused again about what it mean.... especially when people seem to get confused when I ask them the following question...

"Are you normal?"

"How do you think?"
