This dosage still seems to be a bit too high for me...
Up to this time of the day, it doesn't seem like my head is anywhere close to start.
I spoke of my psychiatrist during our meeting last week concerning going down another 250 mg on Depakote--- this way, I would be taking 200 mg Seroquel and 500 mg Depakote.
I think I am gonna try to go down by another 250 mg tonight... and will try my best to see how things unfolds...
P.S. I am not quite sure whether I will still believe in the things that are coming out of my mouth when, eventually I get back to the ordinary kinda state of craziness.
